Stress is the total response of ones body to several kind of event that continuously threatens us. Most of the Stress occurs due to the stress full mental tensions, working hours, less time for exercise, relaxation and leisure. Stress also increases because of constant dependence on the internet and television. Most of the Stress could be the difference of life and demise in hostile surroundings. For instance, if a man is threatened by an added person or an animal, increased stress hormones are released disproportionately and this causes the threat. Due to stress, adrenalin is released, which boost the blood pressure and lead to anger or antagonism and fear of threat.

In the society we live in, the loss of control might lead to numerous unacceptable situations. Consequently many people grasp their anger, worry and fear. Doing this one burns up further energy instead of doing a bit for the cause of stress. Thus it leads to physical, mental and emotional exhaustion. Group of any age may suffer from the stress and its effects could be same debilitating as well. Devastating amount of stress may lead to anxiety. Well Anxiety is the versatile combination of the anxiety, felling of fear and worry which is accompanied by the bodily sensations as the chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations. It also exists as the most important brain disorder or can be connected with supplementary medical disorders. Stress and Anxiety also leads to further physiatrist problem.
