Crazy for ipods

Author: jelizren
What is the latest and greatest invention in music storage? Of course, just about everyone has heard of an ipod, right? But, does everyone know what it is?

Well, this new technological invention enables the avid music fan vast amounts of storage to make personalized playlists of all their favorite music. Use an earbud (that little gizmo you place in your ear) for private listening, or plug an ipod in your car or purchase some speakers for your ipod and share your music with others in the room.

But is all the hoopla surrounding this new device worth the praise? Well, only the owner of one can really tell you the answer. Ask most any teenager what is on his or her wish list and he/she will probably tell you they would love to own one.

Ask any adult over thirty and they might tell you they can live without one; but, if they only knew more about this device would gladly look in to adding this to their list of 'must haves'.

We 'older folks' don't have to give up our large vintage collection of records. There are methods to transfer our treasured songs to our personal computers and still enjoy the 'old' songs.

We can make our own 'playlists' from our CD collections or make compilation CD's to listen to music 'on the go'.

With all the choices out there in the technological world, adults sometimes become overwhelmed as to what devices to choose when taking that step into the 'unreal' real musical world

Is everyone 'crazy' over ipods? No, I'm sure many people really aren't that impressed by this device. But, with so many kinds on the market, and so many folks showing a great amount of interest, in time we might see this device end up in a lot more households in the near future.
